Job Description - Preparation of local financials (under Indian GAAP & as per RBI directives). Preparation of regulatory (RBI) reports. Reports include Returns, Form - A, Special Fortnightly Returns, Form - VIII, Form - X, etc. BASEL - 3 compliance including capital adequacy computation, Pillar 3 reporting, etc. Responsibility for all reporting to RBI pertaining to Finance and reporting to the Board / Audit Committees in compliance with the Companies Act.
