Co-Ordinate with the customers If they need any additional information like, MTC, Price revision, Delivery gaurantee, Transport Rates, and provide the same information to the customer. 3.) Basically Co-ordinating with the customer and passing the information to the Boss/Owner/Sales person designated to the particular Lead. 4.) Updating the system in case of Order / Order Lost reason / hold , etc 5.)
