The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, debugging, and testing PLC systems to meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining technical documentation, integrating hardware with control systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Experience with industrial automation, HMI development, and SCADA systems Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of control systems Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring, and control panel design An understanding of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in an on-site environment with attention to detail and safety standards A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field Experience in the metal fabrication industry is a plus
