The role involves daily monitoring and operating steam turbines, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of the turbines. The technician will also be responsible for coordinating with the maintenance team, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining steam turbines Proficiency in troubleshooting and mechanical repair Knowledge of safety standards and preventative maintenance practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
