Trapped as a customer. Increased my ROI to 12%, (3% higher than the market) and then they ask me to moveout or prepay. Incompetent staff, inefficient training. Moving out from Indiabulls at earliest. I think they might not survive for too long given the non-customer policies they have.

Extremely poor banking system. No one is responding. These ppl increse rate of interest without any consent.and in case of decrease they dont even eprovise any solutions. I am following for bank details change but not getting any response.

Services point of view very poor company and they should correct office timing as mentioned opening time from Monday to Saturday but office closes on Saturday and Sunday so it would be better for their customer who comes from long distance but do not know office timing .

I have a balance in my account and the emi is not debited by tha bank and now they are charging high loan bouncing charge from me..very bad services..not take loan from this app

Very poor service. You have to wait for minimum 3 hrs. No one will reply. This is very chor company. I already done balance transfer in another bank

Worst services. Very unprofessional. I request for ROI change. They reduce my ROI on system but increases my EMI and tenure both. Taking followup since 3 months but still issue not resolved.

Taking loan not so easy and after giving thier money difficult to take your own property papers.in short this company is pathetic and customer value is 0 for them...God will punish them one day

I wish I could have an option to give star rating in negative . Even Worst then a third class bank .. keeps increasing your Rate of interest and try to loot customers as much as they can .
