Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Integration & Reporting Analyst to join a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. As a Strategy Integration & Reporting Analyst, your responsibilities will include assisting in strategic analysis, developing interactive reports, tools, and trackers using Power BI. Proficiency in creating data process flows in SQL, Python, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric is beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create well-structured and visually engaging dashboards. Key responsibilities of the role include data manipulation, data validation, maintaining and updating reports and analyses, as well as conducting Ad Hoc analysis and generating reports as needed. The client, one of the largest insurers in the United States, offers a wide range of insurance and financial services products with a gross written premium exceeding US$25 Billion (P&C). They cater to over 10 million U.S. households and more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the dedicated efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Additionally, the client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups globally.
