Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring efficiency, resolving workplace issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in operations management, team supervision, and production coordination Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily operations effectively Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance protocols Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
