Job Profile : Telecaller Executive Position Overview The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for promoting the upcoming Expo, inviting exhibitors/visitors, generating leads, maintaining call records, and ensuring successful stall bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and follow-up discipline. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors and visitors. Provide complete information about the Expo (date, venue, stall sizes, charges, benefits). Generate hot, warm, and cold leads based on interest level. Convince potential clients for stall booking or event participation. Maintain daily call logs and update Excel sheets (Total Calls, Hot Leads, Warm Leads, Closed Leads, Booked Stalls). Follow up with interested clients regularly. Share expo brochures, rate cards, and registration links through WhatsApp & email. Coordinate with the sales/booking team for confirmed stall reservations. Handle queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction. Report daily progress to the manager. Required Skills Strong communication & convincing ability. Knowledge of MS Excel (basic lead tracking). Ability to handle large call volumes. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Positive attitude & self-motivation. Educational Qualification Graduate preferred. Experience in telecalling, customer service, or event promotion is an advantage.
