Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Planner, located in Jaipur. The Travel Planner will be responsible for creating travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, liaising with customers to understand their travel needs, and offering exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure all travel plans are finalized and meet their expectations. Additionally, the Travel Planner will handle sales inquiries and provide travel-related advice to customers. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements Experience in Sales within the travel industry Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with travel software and booking systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
