Job Title: Specialist/ Sr. Specialist Corporate Business - Corporate Insurance Sales (Direct Channel) Location: Gurugram/ Delhi NCR/ Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire mid and large corporate clients for insurance solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate organizations. Understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions. Promote SME and corporate insurance products , including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB). Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge. Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements: Graduation or Masters degree in any stream Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as required.
