The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring the effective administration of human resources functions. Daily tasks will include handling recruitment and selection processes, managing employee benefits, providing support for employee development and training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies Strong Employee Relations capabilities Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
