Job Title: JIRA/ Confluence Admin Experience: 10 to 12 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced JIRA/Confluence Administrator with 1012 years of expertise in managing, customizing, and optimizing Atlassian tools to support enterprise-scale operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JIRA Insight, ServiceNow integrations , project migrations, and a deep understanding of agile project management , requirement gathering , and process automation . The role also involves active collaboration with business stakeholders including Product Owners and Business Analysts. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA and Confluence instances to support multiple business units. Implement and manage Insight JIRA view changes , including multiple phases of enhancements. Handle user and group management , permissions, and user appearance customizations. Perform JIRA configuration changes including DAT (Data Access Tool) modifications. Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-ServiceNow integration issues , ensuring seamless data flow. Lead requirement gathering sessions across modernization initiatives with Product Owners (PO) and Business Analysts (BA) . Manage GRI project migration , ensuring data integrity and proper transition of workflows and configurations. Prepare and present process improvement documentation such as FMEA and Risk-Based Testing (RBT) presentations. Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes , and screen schemes. Ensure system performance, security compliance, and regular updates/patching of Atlassian tools. Required Skills: Strong expertise in JIRA Administration , including custom workflows, field configurations, and dashboards. Experience in Confluence Administration and knowledge management best practices. Solid understanding of Insight (Asset Management in JIRA) and configuration best practices. Proven experience in cross-platform integration , especially JIRA with ServiceNow . Experience leading enterprise-level migration projects (e.g., GRI Project Migration). Familiarity with Agile practices , FMEA analysis , and test documentation (e.g., RBT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
