Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to international bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting. The role involves working with clients across various time zones, ensuring financial data accuracy, and supporting management reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, cash, bank, and credit card entries. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a timely basis. Identify and notify clients of discrepancies in accounting data. Ensure books of accounts are accurate, organized, and ready for month-end closing. Assist in month-end and year-end accounting and financial reporting processes. Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for client deliverables. Work on Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and reporting consistency. Qualifications & Skills Required Education: M.Com, CMA, ICWA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting degree. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software. Excellent understanding of core accounting concepts and reconciliation procedures. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
