As an integral member of our software development team at IncubXperts, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of software quality by adhering to established practices and habits. Collaboration with fellow software developers, business analysts, and software architects will be key in the development, testing, and maintenance of web, mobile, and desktop applications across various technologies. Your role will involve assisting in gathering and documenting user requirements, creating user stories, providing estimates, and contributing to work plans. Conducting peer reviews of code and design to ensure quality, as well as effective communication with clients when necessary, are essential aspects of this position. In this role, you will be expected to uphold high-quality development principles while delivering solutions within specified timelines and budgets. Active participation in project planning, sprint planning, and team mentoring exercises will be part of your responsibilities. Continuous research in emerging technology areas to enhance our capabilities is encouraged. Moreover, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and providing mentorship to junior team members will be crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess 2-4 years of professional experience in .NET Core, Angular 2+, or React.
