Job Title: Accountant– Restaurant Operations Location: Pattoor Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Finance Manager / Restaurant Owner Key Responsibilities GST & Income Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns Assist with TDS and Income Tax filings Maintain documentation for audits and statutory reviews Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations Monitor POS settlements, deposits, and vendor payments Resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software Maintain ledgers for sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash Ensure timely and accurate data entry Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables Reconcile supplier accounts and manage credit terms Day-to-Day Cash Flow & Reporting: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Support budgeting and cost control initiatives Vendor Accounts Management: Maintain vendor master data and payment schedules Coordinate with suppliers for account statements and dispute resolution Ensure compliance with agreed terms and timely settlements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 2+ years of experience in accounting field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
