About the Role We are looking for a passionate and strategic Community Growth & Engagement Manager to lead and scale IncomRWA’s global community presence. This role will focus on expanding our footprint across social platforms, fostering meaningful community interactions, and driving user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Community Growth & Strategy Develop and execute strategies to grow and strengthen IncomRWA’s community across social platforms including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn. Partner with the wider community management team to scale community support and engagement. Engagement & Interaction Foster discussions, moderate strategic conversations, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and ecosystem partners. Events & Content Activation Plan and host community events such as AMAs, live sessions, and online community meet-ups. Coordinate social media and virtual event calendars to ensure continuous engagement. Performance & Reporting Own user acquisition and engagement growth KPIs. Track and report on metrics including new community members, daily trading volumes, staking participation, and social engagement activity. Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to align community activities with brand and platform milestones. Provide insights and feedback from the community to help guide product and marketing decisions. Qualifications Proven experience in Web3, blockchain related community growth roles. Strong understanding of social media trends, web3 communities, and online engagement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable hosting live discussions, AMAs, and community events. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze community metrics and engagement performance. Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with token communities or decentralized platforms. Existing networks within blockchain, web3, or trading communities
