Job Description

As an Incident Management Practitioner, you will oversee and coordinate the resolution of service disruptions. Your typical day will involve managing bridge calls, engaging with technical teams and suppliers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will also focus on improving processes and providing clear incident summaries to stakeholders, ensuring that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. Expected to perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME), you will actively participate in team discussions, contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems, and facilitate communication between various teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Additionally, you will analyze incident trends to identify areas for process improvement. Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration is a must-have skill for this role. You should have a strong understanding of incident management frameworks and methodologies, experience with service management tools and ticketing systems, and the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions. Familiarity with ITIL best practices is also beneficial. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. This position is based at our Pune office and requires a 15 years full-time education.
