Role Overview The Office Administration Assistant or Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems. Support various departments with clerical and administrative duties as required. Oversee office supply inventory and handle procurement as needed. Organize and maintain common office areas to ensure efficiency and tidiness. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills Minimum qualification: Graduate, High school diploma or equivalent degree. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or executive is preferred but not always mandatory.
