Incharge (Nursing)-OT

As an Operation Theatre Technician, your role involves preparing and maintaining the operation theatre, maintaining equipment support in an acute care environment, identifying and moving to maintain a sterile field, and following infection control policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining theatre equipment, preparing patients for operative procedures, and providing intra-operative equipment and technical support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist anaesthetist in handling emergencies outside of the OT Room - Manage hazardous waste and ensure availability of medical and diagnostic supplies - Work effectively with others and manage work to meet requirements - Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment - Follow radiation safety guidelines and biomedical waste disposal protocols - Monitor and assure quality, including NABH and Quality implementation and maintenance in collaboration with the Quality Department Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as an Operation Theatre Technician or similar role - Certification in operation theatre technology or a related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of infection control policies and procedures - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage work efficiently - Familiarity with radiation safety guidelines and biomedical waste disposal protocols The company also offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
