Incharge- Mechanical Maintenance

As the Mechanical Maintenance In charge for LMTG facilities at the company, your role will involve overseeing maintenance activities across various departments including Heavy Machine Shops, Fabrication Shops, Assembly Shops, Blade Shop, and Testing facilities such as High Speed Balancing facility, Generator testing facility. You will also be responsible for maintaining Utilities like Material Handling Equipment (EOT Cranes, Semi Gantry Cranes, Gantry Cranes), HVAC Systems for Admin, Coil Shop, Air Conditioning Systems for offices, CNC machines, Centralized Air compressors, and Centralized NG line. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing Preventive Maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operations - Handling Breakdown Maintenance efficiently to minimize downtime - Performing Major Preventive Maintenance tasks as required - Conducting reconditioning and overhauling activities to extend equipment lifespan - Leading equipment upgradation projects for improved performance - Enhancing team skills through Training and Development initiatives - Ensuring adherence to Integrated Management System procedures - Planning for spares inventory to support maintenance activities - Monitoring department budget and expenses closely - Driving safety improvement initiatives across the facilities - Implementing machine availability improvement projects - Providing technical coordination for New Capital Expenditures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Proven experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting - Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and procedures - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards In addition to the job responsibilities, if there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please provide them.,
