Job Description: Review of customers inquiry on receipt to ensure its completeness. Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on requirement. Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensuring post offer clarifications are addressed. All in-house co-ordination for preparation of offer including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of enquiry. Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Ensure the Indirect Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and costed. Desired Profile & Competencies Basic knowledge of instruments such as smart Flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, different control valves, pressure gauges, control valves, dampers, motorized valves and burner management system etc. Basic knowledge of LT& HT motors, Transformers, MCC, PCC, VFDs, Thyristor based heaters/furnaces & EOT Cranes etc. Basic knowledge of various equipment's such as Boiler, Turbines, Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Field Instrumentation, Electrical Equipment, Mill etc. Hands on Experience in thermal power plant is added advantage. Possess strong verbal and written communications skills Smart working and can work with minimum supervision Self-driven, and results oriented, with a passion towards selling engineering products Well versed with all the MS Office tools

Job DESCRIPTION: • Over-all responsibility to monitor day to day activity of the Service/Repairing Jobs for its Engineer allocation, offer to customer, Followup for PO, Dispatches etc.. • Managing the in/out of all the products with accountability which includes finished products, dispatch & delivery. • Looking after arrangement of raw material from local market, Imports and Online shopping • Invoice preparations and payment followup with clients.. • Interact with internal team to ensure on time delivery.
