Role: Sales Representative Type: Full-time (In-store + Field Sales) Compensation: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store, offering product guidance and styling suggestions. Demonstrate and provide detailed information on Gruhome’s range of home goods and furnishings. Identify customer preferences, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and clients to drive B2B and bulk sales. Proactively seek new business opportunities outside the store to grow the customer base. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, materials, and craftsmanship to communicate effectively with clients. Assist in creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Gruhome’s aesthetic and values. Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and help meet monthly sales targets. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and store performance. Requirements Smart, confident, and proactive personality with a passion for design and home interiors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take leadership initiatives in a fast-evolving brand. Ability to handle both in-store customers and external business development. Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail is a strong advantage. Comfortable using digital tools for billing, CRM, and client communication. Minimum education: Graduate preferred.
