Job Description Summary Manager [Sales] – Inbound The Manager (Sales) – Inbound is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of inbound tour operations , with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with foreign tour operators (FTOs) , developing strong supplier relationships , and overseeing a team to deliver high-quality travel experiences to inbound tourists. Key responsibilities include: Inbound Tour Operations : Regularly visit and engage with Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs) to build business relationships and promote inbound travel services. Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of inbound tours to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Supplier Management : Establish and manage partnerships with local service providers, including hotels, transport services, and tourist attractions , to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing. Itinerary Planning : Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, travel styles, budgets, and interests, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences for tourists. Cost Control : Monitor and manage tour-related expenses to maintain profitability while offering value to clients. Evaluate vendor rates and tour components to ensure cost-efficiency. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring that the client experience meets or exceeds expectations. Team Management : Supervise and support a team of tour coordinators , offering leadership, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities : Handle other related tasks as may be assigned, in line with business requirements and organizational goals. Minimum Qualification: MTM or Equivalent , MBA , Graduate Engineer , or Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates with a Diploma or MBA in Travel/Tourism will be preferred Preferred Experience: Prior experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry , particularly in inbound tour operations , is highly desirable
