Buses Auditing at regular frequency
Ensuring compliance & discipline of drivers along bus fleets.
Ensuring HSE Surveillance Audits
Bus MIS preparation & presentation
Bus plyers & vendor's grievance handling
OHC Management as per Process
Creche management
MIS & Billing Support
Ensuring the budgetory cost compliance & optimisation
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
10-15 years of industrial experience in administation
Strong understanding of End-to-End transport & med facilities
Experience in handlining sizeable bus fleet management, Pool Car management
Positive attitude.
