In-charge in Moulding

roles and responsibilities:

• Work with electrical and plumbing contractors during the erection and commissioning of machines and other equipment.
• Manage team and manpower handling, adequate knowledge of routine preventive and predictive maintenance activities of machines, and utilities,
• Maintain machine and other equipment up time, spare parts knowledge and maintenance.
• Good document maintenance in ERP, controlling shift operations, coordination with other departments and report preparations.
• Maintain TPM, quality systems and ISO .

Required Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in the moulding machines,

Required Qualification

• Any diploma (exp: 10-12 years) or B.E (exp: 5-10 years) in the relevant manufacturing field, especially casting moulding
• Report preparations etc
• Knowledge of 5s, Tpm, Qulity Systems, Iso 9000, ERP And Computer operations are Must.

Salary : based on experience
