Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Should have at least 5 years of experience in Qlik Sense administration.
Experience in Data warehousing Concepts and data warehousing hands on experience.
Advance SQL knowledge.
Data Ingestion (Handling different file patterns and file formats, Different load patterns, ETL & ELT concepts).
Install, configure and manage Qlik Sense servers and environments.
Perform routine monitoring, tuning and maintenance of the Qlik Sense platform.
Implement security protocols including user management, role assignments and data governance.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the Qlik Sense environment.
Apply patches, updates and upgrades to the Qlik Sense software and server infrastructure.
Oversee the integration of data sources with Qlik Sense from various databases, APIs and data warehouses.
Manage data connections, set up scheduled data reloads and troubleshoot data refresh issues.
Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues related to Qlik Sense dashboards and applications.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application or performance-related issues.
Train business users on best practices and optimal use of Qlik Sense tools.
Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies.
Monitor user access and data permissions ensuring that sensitive information is secure.
Regularly audit the system for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.
Work closely with business analysts, data architects and developers to support business intelligence initiatives.
Document system configurations, processes and troubleshooting procedures.
