IMU- CAL- PRD- Senior Manager

The Manager at CAL- PRD + Level will be responsible for contributing to expanding Accenture's footprint and share of wallet in the client/industry. You will be accountable for a portion of business results on the account, and your role will involve bringing disruptive and innovative ideas to originate new opportunities while also pursuing business-as-usual opportunities. You will leverage industry networks and partner with experienced CALs to understand the overall growth of the industry at Accenture and build industry mastery. In addition, you will get involved in complex commercial problems and negotiations, and deepen Accenture acumen to assess how to bring all of Accenture to the client. Your responsibilities will also include leading/contributing to the development of assets and offerings. Furthermore, you will be required to establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as the industry. It will be essential to build networks at Accenture to bring the best of Accenture to the client. The ideal candidate should possess rich experience in the Consumer Goods industry with in-depth industry expertise, including knowledge of industry/digital/technology trends. You should demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or have operated at a senior management level in the industry role. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting and account management, with domestic consulting experience preferred, is required. Experience of working in a consulting firm and working with C-level executives at the client organization will be advantageous. As a Manager at CAL- PRD + Level, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building long-standing relationships, and bringing valuable insights and solutions to clients in the Consumer Goods industry.
