We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creative SEO & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, increase search engine visibility, and grow audience engagement across social platforms. The ideal candidate is well-versed in modern SEO techniques, content marketing strategies, and social media trends, especially in the education or cybersecurity sector. Key Responsibilities:🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and image alt-texts. Build quality backlinks and local citations. Monitor and report SEO performance (rankings, traffic, bounce rates). Collaborate with content writers and developers to improve UX and SEO health. 📱 Social Media Management:Design and execute weekly/monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos to promote courses, workshops, and brand stories. Monitor engagement metrics and respond to messages/comments professionally. Run paid social media ad campaigns (boosted posts, lead generation). Coordinate with the design team for creatives and brand consistency. 📈 Analytics & Reporting:Analyze Google Analytics, GMB Insights, and social media dashboards for performance tracking. Prepare monthly reports with KPIs: organic growth, engagement, CTR, leads. Recommend data-backed strategies to improve traffic and conversions. 🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with academic teams, content creators, and sales for integrated campaigns. Promote blog content, new programs, testimonials, and events. Manage brand presence on platforms like Google My Business, Justdial, Sulekha, IndiaMART, etc.
