Job description Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Outreach Identify and establish partnerships with international institutions, colleges, and universities. Actively promote our study abroad services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions in and around Coimbatore and other regions. Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships to enhance brand visibility and reach. 2. Marketing & Branding Design and implement branding and marketing strategies to position the company as a trusted study abroad consultant. Create content for marketing materials – brochures, social media, email campaigns, presentations, etc. Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and institutional tie-up events. Drive online and offline campaigns for lead generation and engagement. 3. Student Counselling Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents regarding overseas education options, country comparisons, and admission processes. Advise on course selections, universities, eligibility criteria, application timelines, and visa procedures. Guide students on career pathways and long-term opportunities in countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. Keep updated with changing education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities. 4. Operations & Process Handling Assist students with the end-to-end application process: from documentation, SOP drafting, application submission to visa processing. Coordinate with university representatives and admission officers for smooth processing. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and feedback. 5. Training & Continuous Learning Stay current with updates in the international education sector. Participate in training provided by partner institutions or organizations. Provide insights and suggestions to the management for scaling up the vertical effectively. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong marketing and negotiation abilities Counselling expertise with a student-centric approach Knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures Self-motivated and able to work independently Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
