You will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork to customers within specified deadlines for all assigned deliverables. You will need to follow the process, refer to job orders, pack copy specifications, client and company standard operating procedures, reference files, and client brand/marketing guidelines. Building artwork against source documents and previous versions is crucial to ensure consistency across the product range. Utilizing necessary software applications for daily tasks and performing self-checking methods and following checklists as required are essential. Additionally, you will demonstrate thorough knowledge of multiple accounts and support the production team by providing training to onboarded employees. To succeed in this role, you should hold a diploma or engineering degree in printing, Graphic or Fine Arts, or equivalent education. With a minimum of 6 years of prepress and pre-media studio experience, you should have knowledge of various print processes such as Gravure, Flexo, Letterpress, Offset, Screen, and Digital. Proficiency in pre-press repro techniques like trapping, colour separations, colour sequence, minimum dots, ink coverage, TAC limit, GCR/UCR, etc., is required. Attention to detail, a process-driven approach, and strong proficiency in both written and verbal English language are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to resolve technical issues, are critical for success in this role.
