· Responsibility:

• Overall responsible for co-coordinating all lab activities.
• Responsible for assurance of quality for all inward stage raw materials.
• Responsible for assurance of quality in all process stage products like moulding sand, microstructure, Spectro, tensile testing of CAST IRON and SG IRON as per quality plan.
• Responsible for assurance of heat treatment process & documentation.
• Responsible for verification and approval of all material test certificates for cast iron & ductile iron.
• Responsible for calibration of all equipment and keeping all documents related to calibration.
• Responsible for assurance of identification and traceability of all cast iron & ductile iron parts as per customer requirements.
• Responsible for all ISO 9001:2015 quality management system & documentation control of foundry.
• Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits for ISO 9001:2015.
• Responsible for planning & conducting management review meetings in coordination with top management.
• Responsible for coordinating with third party auditors for planning & execution of audits, compilation of audit data and presenting to the management with proper action plans wherever necessary.
• Responsible for all PED (AD 2000 merkblatt WO) documentation & implementation of foundry.
• Responsible for handling all non-confirming castings in terms of QA.
• Responsible for maintaining all material & customer standards & review systems.
• Responsible for identifying and act upon the various Risk and Opportunity that may arise from changing condition in their concerned department.

· Authority:

• Authorized to accept/reject all incoming raw material if not meeting requirements as per quality plan.
• Authorized to reject all process products if they don’t meet quality requirements.
• Authorized to hold dispatch of casting if the final quality requirements are not met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
