Implementation Support Rep

Shift Time: 7 AM-4 PM / 1 PM-10 PM/Night Shift

Job Overview: As a process associate the individual would be tasked with understanding and processing the clones request. The role directly impacts customers and has a turn-around time of under 24 hours. This would require a customer focused mindset, a very high standard for quality along with an attention to detail. Training and support would be provided for the task and role.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform clones of the data and DMS boxes as part of the Quick Response Team (QRT) Ensure a 100% quality of the clone and delivery process. Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met. Adhere to complete the tasks within given SLA parameters as defined by the business. Adopt a mindset of continuous learning of the industry, technology and process along with other areas of interest. Remain flexible for shift work and occasional work over weekends to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

B-Tech/ BSc / Computer Science background with a basic knowledge of coding is preferred. An excellent level of English communication.
