Implementation Consultant, LIMS

As an Implementation Consultant for LIMS at our company, your role will involve deploying software at client sites, configuring and programming in languages such as .Net, C#, and VGL. You will be responsible for the technical delivery and consultancy related to LIMS products, ensuring high-quality work and successful performance based on defined metrics. Your job will require working onsite, interacting face-to-face with customers at various levels, and participating in pre-sales activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Delivering technical work related to LIMS products - Providing high-quality consultancy on LIMS products - Achieving successful performance based on defined metrics - Engaging with customers onsite at all levels - Participating in pre-sales activities **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:** - Experience in Laboratory Informatics, particularly in LIMS (mandatory), ELN, SDMS, and Instrument Integration - Preferably experienced with SampleManager and/or Nautilus LIMS - Proficiency in programming Microsoft .NET is highly advantageous - Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or information technology field - Organized with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer-focused mindset - Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time over a one-year period In this role, you must have experience in a customer-facing capacity, excellent communication skills, and significant relevant experience in the industry or laboratory informatics field. The job entails significant travel to customer sites and the possibility of working from a home office.
