Implementation consultant BMC Remedy

As an Implementation Consultant for BMC Remedy, your role will involve hands-on experience with BMC Helix for a couple of years. You should have expertise in BMC Helix installation on new hardware or cloud, as well as experience in integrating BMC Helix with different platforms. Having Remedy ITSM expertise would be an added advantage for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in the ITSM module - Developing in ITSM IM, CM, PM modules as per project requirements - Developing web service integration and conducting unit testing - Providing end-to-end integration testing support for developed functionalities - Supporting the deployment process, including sanity testing - Resolving defects and having knowledge of SOAP UI - Desirable skills include experience in Unix and ITSM upgrade projects Qualifications Required: - Must have experience as a Remedy ITSM Developer with upgrade experience - Should possess BMC Remedy Upgrade skills If you meet the requirements mentioned above and have a passion for IT service management, this role as an Implementation Consultant for BMC Remedy could be the perfect fit for you.
