We are looking to expand our team with a driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our market presence and foster strategic relationships with architects and specification professionals. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and specification professionals to promote [Company Name]s building material products. Identify new business opportunities within the architecture and construction sectors to drive company growth. Sales and Market Expansion: Actively pursue new leads, including architect and design consultants, to increase market share in the building materials sector. Generate and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and company goals. Product Knowledge & Specification Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and product-related queries from architects, ensuring products meet design specifications. Provide architects with product presentations, technical support, and specifications for their projects. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3years of experience in business development or sales within the building materials industry. Proven track record in dealing with architects and understanding technical specifications of building materials. Skills: Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications in architectural and construction projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret architectural designs and specifications to offer customized solutions.
