Learn more: www.impectusideology.com --- THE ROLE We're seeking a creative, results-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to work on-site at our Ghaziabad office. This is a hands-on opportunity to collaborate directly with leadership, shape our marketing strategy from the ground up, and gain real startup experience. You'll work across both brands—Impectus Ideology (B2B services) and MyJuxo (B2C apparel)—giving you diverse exposure to digital marketing in different contexts. Given Responsibilities , Which will give boost your skills • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) that drives brand awareness • Implement SEO best practices and run Google Ads campaigns • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness • Collaborate with the founder to test new strategies and scale successful initiatives --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential Skills: • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO fundamentals • Strong content creation and copywriting abilities. • Analytical mindset to evaluate campaigns and identify growth opportunities. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Canva, or other digital marketing tools. • Attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt Requirements: • Must work on-site in Ghaziabad (in-person collaboration is essential) • Minimum 6-month commitment required • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields are welcome What We Offer: • Budget-friendly stipend • Direct mentorship and hands-on experience • Real ownership and impact on growing brands • Certificate of completion and recommendation upon successful internship Ready to make an impact?
