Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations in our pathology lab. The role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling financial records, handling petty cash, and supporting compliance and audit processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and experienced in healthcare or service industry accounting. Key Responsibilities : Maintain general ledger and record all financial transactions accurately and timely in Tally. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing. Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and petty cash on a regular basis. Handle daily petty cash disbursements and documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. Maintain vendor records, payment cycles, and support inventory cost tracking. Support billing operations related to corporate and B2B clients.
