Immediate Opening For IT -Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  
• Ensure optimal performance of IT systems and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  
• Manage data backup, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
  

2. Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise IT staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to support their IT needs.
  

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Establish and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
  
• Monitor network and system security to safeguard company information.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

4. System Development & Process Improvement

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
  
• Identify process gaps and implement automation or system improvements.
  
• Coordinate system updates and software deployments with minimal downtime.
  

5. Vendor & Asset Management

• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  
• Oversee procurement of IT equipment, software licensing, and renewals.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
  

6. Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide high-level support for escalated technical issues.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of system outages and user support requests.
  
• Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, MCP) preferred.
  

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  
• Experience managing networks, servers, firewalls, and enterprise applications.
  

Skills
