Hucon Solutions is a staffing entity, and one of our prime customers is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with 25-27 years of experience in SAP Project Management, AMS (Application Management Services) support, and IT service delivery leadership . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP AMS projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for SAP and AMS support projects, ensuring seamless operations and high service quality. Lead SAP Project Management efforts, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and delivery of AMS and transformation initiatives. Manage AMS support services , focusing on SLA adherence, incident resolution, and problem management. Implement ITIL best practices for service management, including incident, change, and release management. Drive operational efficiency improvements , leveraging automation, analytics, and continuous service enhancement methodologies. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and IT service objectives . Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive service management. Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in IT service operations. Required Skills & Experience: 25-27 years of experience in Service Delivery, SAP Project Management, and AMS Support . Extensive expertise in managing large-scale SAP AMS environments and enterprise IT operations . Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service governance, and continuous service improvement strategies . Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive IT-business alignment . Hands-on experience in incident management, problem resolution, and service optimization . Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
