Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager with 22-25 years of experience in SAP program delivery, Brownfield and Greenfield implementation, and enterprise-wide SAP transformation projects . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP program management , overseeing both Brownfield and Greenfield implementations . Define and drive the SAP transformation strategy , ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project planning, execution, and governance , ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee SAP S/4HANA migration, system integration, and deployment projects . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP architects, and technical teams , to ensure seamless implementation. Establish and enforce project management best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes . Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the implementation lifecycle. Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, risk management, and issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP programs, optimizing performance and scalability. Required Skills & Experience: 22-25 years of experience in SAP program management and enterprise-wide SAP transformations . Expertise in both Brownfield (system upgrades, migrations) and Greenfield (new implementations) SAP deployment methodologies . Strong experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations, and large-scale ERP rollouts . Proficiency in SAP project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement . Hands-on experience with SAP integration, change management, and system landscape optimization . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and complex project environments . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
