Hiring: Female School Principal – Edify School, Andhra Pradesh

Edify School, Nellore, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Female School Principal to head the academic and administrative operations of our CBSE institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the overall academic and administrative activities of the school
• Ensure adherence to CBSE norms, policies, and quality standards
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to teaching and non-teaching staff
• Design and execute professional development and training programs for staff
• Foster strong communication with parents, students, and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain a safe, disciplined, and learner-centered school environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership position (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head) in a CBSE school
• At least 10 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level
• Proven leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
