Role & responsibilities

• Develop overall project plans, including timelines and resource allocation for structural and infrastructure elements.
• Design the foundational and structural aspects of buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies and on-site inspections to ensure projects meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• While electrical engineers focus on the internal electrical guts of a building (wiring, power, lighting), civil engineers focus on the larger structure, from the ground up. Both are essential and work collaboratively to bring a project to completion.

Preferred candidate profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and engineering is often preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on site, ensuring projects are completed to design specifications and safety standards.
