Review complete customer enquiry of technical and commercial specifications. Responsible for accurate sizing, design selection, and error free proposal preparation. Determine competitor sizing and product information for strategy development. Confers with manufacturing team to assure processes, techniques and time schedule will meet customer needs. Preparation of the project costing in detail. Handling technical and commercial queries from customer. Coordinates with customers, Outside Sales, Sales Representatives to convince customer of the value addition on purchasing the solutions offered. Upon receipt of order, transfer of complete project details (CORB) post order to PM and assist in post order technical issues. Update Sales tools (Salesforce) on regular basis.
