The Marine Superintendent will oversee daily marine operations, manage ship management tasks, and ensure efficient vessel operations. Responsibilities include supervising marine staff, conducting vetting processes, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and optimizing vessel performance. Qualifications Must have sailed as Master Mariner on Oil/Chemical tankers handling wall wash cargoes. Skilled in Marine Operations and Ship Management Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Vetting Proficient in Vessel Operations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram Previous experience in marine superintendent roles handling Type II/III Oil/Chemical tankers is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills
