Your IX journey starts here Role: Media and Marketing Assistant Welcome to the World of Imagineers! 🌍 As a Media and Marketing Assistant at our vibrant IX Delhi Creative Hub, you will support the storytelling, visual content, and marketing campaigns across a bold mix of global experiences—from conferences and cultural festivals to music tours and immersive hybrid events. You will play a key role in shaping how our work is seen and shared, collaborating closely with both our India and UK-based teams to deliver dynamic, engaging, and strategic multimedia content. Your Quest: Inspire, Engage & Create Impact 🎥📱🎨 You will help bring stories to life through videos, digital design, and social content that resonates across audiences—from health and education to arts, entertainment and beyond. How you can make an impact… Key Duties and Responsibilities – Area: Content Creation & Marketing Assist in editing short-form video content (reels, trailers, behind-the-scenes, event recaps) using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar Design digital content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for use across campaigns, websites, and social Support in scheduling and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) Create captions, hashtags, and copy aligned with the IX brand tone Monitor content performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements Help capture BTS content during shoots, interviews, and events (photo/video) Key Duties and Responsibilities – Area: Project & Event Support Partnership development and outreach for conferences and events Collaborate with the UK and Delhi teams for coordinated campaign rollouts Support with marketing strategy development and implementation Assist with CRM management and implementation Assist with documentation and creative briefs for projects Provide support during hybrid/virtual events and live recordings Liaise with external vendors, printers, influencers, and media partners as required Organise and manage digital content archives and media assets How Imagine X Global will help you exceed your potential… Competitive Salary with regular performance reviews Flexible Working Hours and supportive work culture Generous holiday allowance including Indian national and regional holidays Celebration of key Indian and Global festivals and cultural moments Personal Development Plans and training opportunities National and international travel opportunities for live events Access to innovative tech and creative resources Wellness programmes including Yoga and Mindfulness sessions What may make you suitable to deliver the above… 1–2 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, media, or digital design Skilled in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and/or other visual design tools Strong understanding of social platforms and digital storytelling trends Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and other local languages are a bonus) Passionate about creativity, community, and projects with a purpose Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Bonus: experience with livestreaming, podcast production, photography, or motion graphics Imagine X Global: Where Your Journey is Cherished Join a global community of Imagineers where your creative potential is celebrated, your growth is supported, and your work makes an impact.
