Illustrator/Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. This role requires proficiency in both digital and print design, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for branding, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Create logos, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with brand identity.
• Design engaging motion graphics and video content for various media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce print advertising materials and promotional content.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for high-quality graphic production.
• Implement UI and web design principles using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive website layouts.
• Manage color theory and typography to ensure cohesive visual communication across all designs.
• Conduct photo manipulation and digital art creation to enhance visual storytelling.
• Participate in art direction and production design processes for various projects.
• Maintain organized files and adhere to project timelines while ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software such as Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, visual design concepts, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in web design with knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
• Familiarity with motion graphics creation and video editing techniques.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of color management, layout design, typesetting, and sign manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for typography and digital design aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
