We are looking for an experienced and motivated Furniture Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our furniture manufacturing unit Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpenters, machine operators, and finishing staff. Plan and allocate work schedules to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor the quality of furniture production at every stage and ensure products meet company standards. Ensure proper use of raw materials, tools, and machinery to reduce wastage. Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and maintain discipline. Requirements: Proven experience (1 -3 years) as a Supervisor/Team Leader in the furniture manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of woodworking, joinery, polishing, upholstery, and modular furniture. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and furniture designs. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
