Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Maintain high standards of discipline, punctuality, and performance on site. Monitor daily progress and provide regular reports. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate documentation of site activities, including logs, reports, and records. Desired Candidate Profile Ex-Army, Navy or other defense services personnel with supervisory or operational command experience. Experience in site management, construction, security or related field is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
