Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee routine biochemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urine analysis tests Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory protocols Maintain accurate documentation and sample traceability Train and guide junior lab technicians Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Coordinate with doctors, patients, and the front desk for test clarifications Maintain stock and inventory records ⸻ Qualifications DMLT / B.Sc. MLT (required), M.Sc.
