Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AVP- Finance and Operations at iLabkart Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial planning, preparing financial statements, and financial reporting. Additionally, the AVP will perform financial analysis to support decision-making, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The AVP will also work closely with various departments to align financial operations with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Finance Management ● Manage end-to-end accounting, expense tracking, and cash flow. ● Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and MIS reports for both divisions. ● Develop annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets. ● Oversee vendor payments, purchase orders, reimbursements, and receivables. ● Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory filings. ● Work with HR to process payroll and maintain financial transparency. ● Manage working capital, cost control, and profitability tracking per business unit. Operations Management ● Streamline procurement, imports, logistics, and warehousing processes. ● Supervise delivery timelines, vendor contracts, and inventory accuracy. ● Oversee supply chain efficiency — from sourcing to installation. ● Create and document SOPs for repeatable, scalable workflows. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Financial Planning and Finance Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different teams Relevant industry experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
